I have a TV card in my PC and after many tries, I am still not able to use it.
My card name is DTECH Easy Tv Capture. I bought it in Thailand few years ago. It was very simple to install it in windows (at that time I did only use windows) so I did bought 3 of them (in all my PC’s) . Now I have already installed Linux on 2 of my PC’s (and sold the 3rd computer). I have tried many times to get these cards to work on my Linux. I have search the Internet for solution but haven’t found for this card. I did then gave it up but now I need it (my mother in law is staying with us temporary because of the floods in Thailand and then I need to be able to watch the news in my room, far away from me mother in law). I have spend 3 days (and some nights) trying but I am still like in the beginning.
Sometime I can get the tuner to work (in terminal tvtime-scanner) but when I then open the tvtime I cannot get any channels and scanning will not find any (just blue screen). I am little desperate.
There is impossible to find any info for this card, there is a sticker over the tuners cover and trying to peal it of to see the manufactures sticker will just destroy the manufactures sticker.
I have found some info’s about my card. It is Phillips saa7130
I have found some info’s that I don’t understand but maybe it helps

Sorry I didn’t follow your suggestions but I think I have resolve at least part of my problem.
After spending some nights trying to figure this I am at least getting something… I have probable all the time been trying using wrong tuners. I found a tuner that work and after that I found lot of cards numbers that gave me TV-signal. At least 2 of the cards give me audio too (sound on my opensuse, but still no sound on my Fedora).
Using tuner no 38 I was able to get TV and sound from these card numbers
(sound work on my opensuse but is still not working on my Fedora computer)
122 -> Beholder BeholdTV 405 FM 0000:4051
121 -> Beholder BeholdTV 405 0000:4050
I then was able to peel the sticker from the tuner of one of my TV cards (I already tried that on 2 of the cards but destroyed the tuner sticker, but the last card went of without destroying the tuner sticker.
the info for the tuner is here.

I don’t find exactly the same tuner in the Linux list of tuners, but probable it is number 57
(TUNER_PHILIPS_FQ1236A_MK4 /* Hauppauge PVR-500MCE NTSC */)
Because I still don’t get sound on my Fedora computer I still need some help, if someone know how to resolve that. I like to be able to use both of my Linux computers so if someone know how to resolve this, please let me know (but maybe i will need that from the Fedora forum).
Some other tuners seems to work too and I have test these tuners and was able to get TV working (only tested PAL so I don’t know other setting and the FM)

67 TUNER_PHILIPS_TD1316
78 TUNER_PHILIPS_FMD1216MEX_MK3

Other cards seems to work too (for TV part) but I haven’t tested them for the sound so I don’t know if it will work.
(in opensuse I use the YaST to change the settings but here it is like when I use terminal in my other Linux. And of course I don’t type the name of the card in the terminal. I just have it here for more inform)
Probable this is the right setup (??? hope ???)
modprobe saa7134 card=122 tuner=57 -> Beholder BeholdTV 405 FM 0000:4051
Other taht that give TV (PAL) but I haven’t test more
