I installed on a desktop pc with an ssd on the m.2 slot leap 42.2, this is recognized as dev/sda, but, if I connect an hard disk to sata1 port the hd is not recognized at all, if I connect it in the sata2 port it is ok, so, I have six hard disks and I would like to use all my 6 sata ports, how can I have 6 sata ports and the one on M.2 port??

Look in the manual.
If you use the m.2 slot there is sometimes a SATA slot disabled.
Sometimes a pci slot
Depends on the motherboard
