I would like to know, weather this laptops drivers are available in Linux?
Here is the notebook:

Your best bet is to try the LiveCD. The most important piece of hardware is not in the list, the chipset. However, the GMA X3100 is the video device integrated with the chipset, so that means the machine probably uses an Intel GM965, which AFAIK is supported. The most likely issue, if there is one, will be with the wireless NIC. With wireless it all depends on the particular chip in the device - some are supported out-of-the-box, some work by using the Windows firmware, some can be wrapped with a piece of translator software, and some simply will not work at all. The LiveCD may help to identify the NIC’s chip, even if it cannot provide a driver for it out-of-the-box; but you would at least know from there what to research.

There are lot of google hits, but mostly in non-English, which I can’t work through but perhaps you can.
Again, I would give the LiveCD a try.

This refers to the CPU in your machine. Until a few years ago, all PC’s were 32-bit. Many if not most recent CPU’s are 64-bit, and so there are now 64-bit OS versions, too - however, if you are inexperienced with this (and your question indicates such), then it is wise to install 32-bit OS on the 64-bit machine. PowerPC is a CPU manufactured by IBM, not widely used on desktop or laptop machines.
Now I know that I have to download the 64 Bit Version, but now I have another Problem!
I downloaded it twice with Firefox:
Only 346 Mb? I don´t think that Linux has only 346 Mb!

I can not download it! When it is 99 %: Error!

When I downloaded it with Orbit, there I had to download 4,34 GB!
The second download size sounds about right. It is important to verify the file, even more so if the first download was faulty. You verify it using an md5sum (checksum) tool. The md5sum is on the download page; there are free checksum tools for Windows. It is important to do this before burning the DVD. If the iso file fails the md5sum check, then I suggest you download again but this time use a bitorrent client.
After burning and when you first boot from the DVD, there is a “check media” option on the menu; you should do this too before trying to install - it will verify that the iso you downloaded was properly burned to the DVD disk.
