hi,
I have a netis 2190 wireless wifi adapter which is connected to pc though USB.
i have the drivers the company has given and it says that it supports ubuntu. I would like to know how to get this working in linux.
The device lights up when using with windows but doesnt light up in linux. Is there any opensource drivers which would make it work? or can i hack the ubuntu drivers to make it work?
I have the zip files and when i unzip and run the default install.sh script it encounters error saying that the compiler cannot detect the command. when i try to install manually, i unzip and MAKE and then run the executable, it says the same error.
any help would be helpful. Thank you
