I installed 11.2 some time back and had no trouble installing my Canon Pixma MX320. On 11.1 YaST installed printer and scanner like a dream. 11.2 installed printer fine but the scanner is not recognised. After much searching I found the tar file in /etc/zypp.repos.d and (why did I not think of it earlier?) in the Software Repository. YaST tells me that it is installed if I try a second install, but setup cannot find it.
While on the question of software, does upgrading to 11.3 require reloading of user files?
