I will add that, this info was from repository site https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:AMD_fglrx today link to 12.3 is different and there are properly files of drivers in .rpm
What’s going on, and why always someone changes of content of this link ?

You gpu is of the legacy variety hence from 12.3 which runs the newer
Xorg version you can only use the oss radeon driver. I have a 4200 card
here and it’s working fine… I did enable glamor and tear free and
run with a low power profile.
