Drive name changed and now loads emergency mode

Hello,

I changed my main drive name and now it will not load.
All i get is:
“Welcome to emergency mode! After logging in, type “Journalctl -xd” to view system logs, “systemctl reboot” to reboot,
“systemctl default” or ^D try again to boot into default mode.
Give root password for maintenance (or press Control-D to continue):”

I have done this before with Ubuntu and no issues.

I am now at a loss on what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Martin

Helloo and welcome to the openSUSE forums.

I do not think that this is something many people do. And as we are not mind readers, you better explain what exactly you did. Else most people will not have any idea what might be going wrong.

If you can log in as root, you maybe you can access your

/etc/fstab

and

blkid

If you share the above, we should be able to help you at least boot.
