Downloading openSUSE

I have downloaded once and something went terribly wrong. My computer froze and I had to seek professional help.
Now I have tried three times to download openSUSE and all I get after an hour or so is a download error so,

Download Error

C:\User\Syd\Downloads\openSUSE-11.3-DVD-i586(2).iso could not be saved, because the file could not be read.

Try again later or contact the server administrator.

I am new to Linux and really do wnat to learn my way around the Linux community and systems.

Can someone please help me.

Have you tried rebuilding the appliance? Or is this the official release downloaded from openSUSE.org?

I think you have posted in the wrong section.

Try using a download manager such as FDM.
