double repository for leap 15.4, which choose??

Hi, I’m preparing to upgrade to 15.4,
looking if he repositories I have to upgrade does exist for 15.4 I encontered some tht are double,
for example in
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/M17N:/fonts/
there are
and for:
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/
there are

and

and other like this.
and also here

there isn’t a 15.4 repo

which repository I have to choose??

they are identical

https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/

One is built against vanilla Leap 15.4 and another against [noparse]KDE:Applications[/noparse] and so may require this repository to satisfy dependencies.

for kde extra I don’t know what means built against one ore another, which I have to choose?
