Have you tried to go to YaST > Hardware > Sound to configure the sound device in this laptop ?

You say sound works when you plug in your headphones. Are these USB headphones or regular headphones that plug in a headphone jack ?

  1. Yes, i try with Yast > Hardware > Sound (also in the KDE panel).
    2- Regular headphones (jack).

Oh, I was using kernel 3.7 but updated to kernel 3.10 and now the speakers works good.

Thanks to all.
