You can switch to Dolphin as preferred file manager here:
System settings|Workspace appearance|Default applications|File manager

Hello PieGuy128 and welcome to the openSUSE forum. The KDE file manager called Dolphin does not work as a Web Browser. The default is Firefox which works very well. You can add in the Google Chrome browser and even install Konqueror, a combo File Manager that can also browse the web. The real question is Why did you think you need to do this, change to using Dolphin? Is there something wrong with how Firefox is working for you? If you mean default File manager, I was thinking Dolphin is already the default when using KDE. What else is starting for you if not Dolphin, if you mean a File Manager?
Thank You,
