Dolphin panel layout - opensuse 11.3

I cannot seem to find anything on this - probably not looked in the
right place :frowning:

In 11.2:dolphin 1.3:KDE4.3.5, if I have “files” and “places” viewable,
there is a tab to switch between the two at the bottom of the panel.
With 11.3:dolphin1.4:kde4.4.4r3 (new, clean install) they stack. Is it
possible to change to the tabbed view, if so, how?

Drag one on top of the other to give you tabs.
