Is the the yast2-packager-webpin depreciated because it keep getting a 404 when trying to connect? Is everything via online now?

Webpin hasn’t worked for a couple of releases and may be dropped soon.
There is no one to maintain it.

The server that handles requests from webpin has been broken for years and
there are no hopes of having it working again. Thus the client has been
removed as it is useless.
