Does SUSE 11 KDE ship with Nagios?.. if so can some point to the instruction on how to install Nagios on SUSE 11 or if it’s already installed point me to instruction on how to start the app and get to it via web browser?

Nagios packages are in the 11.0 repositories. You have to install them, they are not installed by default and there’s no reason they should be because nagios is for monitoring service status, normally for servers.
You have to install it using Yast. It is in the oss repository. Or you can use one-click-install by searching here:
