Display wake from sleep problem

I have been having a display wake-from-sleep problem for several weeks. The machine will wake but the display will not.

If I CTRL+ALT+1 to a CLI prompt the display will wake. If I am not logged in to any user, I can CTRL+ALT+7 back to the GUI and the display will stay awake. If I am logged in, CTRL+ALT+7 the display sleeps again.

Anyone else?

Very similar. Thread suggests some people saw the bug disappear in kernel 6.02 but I still see it happening on my machine.

A bug report may be the best way forward here.

Definitive system and graphics hardware details may be useful as well…
