I have Lenovo G450 model no 20022 laptop with 11.4 suse linux os,its woking was fine,when i upgrade suse linux 11.4 to 12.1 ,installation was successful,but no graphics mode(only text mode)please help me to solve this problem.
Try adding in the kernel loading option: nomodeset
You type this in while in the startup Grub OS selection menu on the default openSUSE startup. Just type in nomodeset and press the enter key and see what you get.

Can you start in failsfae mode ok? This will use a basic vesa driver, but may get you a working desktop to diagnose further.
You can get more details about your graphics chipset with
/sbin/lspci -nnk |grep VGA -A2
