Is there a way to bind repositories solely to opensuse.org and/or disable the MirrorBrain redirect?
My company’s proxy allows communication with opensuse.org, but the zypper.log shows all follows URLBlocked.

Try a different mirror. The redirect is a function of the server and you don’t have any control of that. So select a mirror that is not blocked.
