Disable Sleep/Hibernate when closing laptop

I have Tumbleweed running in server/text mode. When I close the lid on my laptop it goes into sleep/hibernation mode. Is there something I can do to prevent this? It is a Lenovo thinkpad. I had looked through the BIOS and I do not find a setting for this. I know it can be done, as I was originally running Win7 on this laptop and I could turn off hibernation mode in the power settings. I looked at TLP and Laptop Mode tools, and if it’s in there, it’s not obvious.

Thank you.

Hi and Welcome to the Forum :slight_smile:
You can set this by editing the file /etc/systemd/logind.conf and unrem/change the lid switch to ignore;

HandleLidSwitch=ignore

That worked.

Thank you very much. :slight_smile:
