Disable login request after sleep mode but keep it on start-up

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to - at the same time - 1) disable the login request everytime the system goes back from sleep mode 2) keep the login request on start-up.

Thanks !

Bit confusing.

There is no login after sleep, only a screen unlock (except of course if nobody is logged in when going to sleep).

When you mean boot with startup, then there is of course always the DM’s login screen. That is something completely different from unlocking the screen.

Thus when you want to avoid to use a password for unlocking the screen, that has no connection with normal login. Thus you can concentrate on how to avoid screen unlock after sleep (or after screen lock at all).

[edit] I found the solution: KDE config, then “Desktop Behavior/Screen Locking”

Thanks for the answer
