Does opensuse 15.3 delivers a free digital signage package ?
I meant opensuse leap 15.3 digital signage package.
Guessing that, you mean Keys used to sign objects –
- Such as, the GNU Privacy Guard
– «GnuPG» or «GPG» …
Each and every Linux Desktop Environment supports the use of Keys to sign objects.
- The base “gpg2
” package should have been installed by default on your system – <https://software.opensuse.org/package/gpg2>. - If your Desktop Environment is KDE Plasma then, “Kleopatra
” should have been installed by default – <https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kleopatra/kleopatra/index.html>. - If your Desktop Environment is GNOME then, “Passwords and Keys
” should have been installed by default – <https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/gnomeuser/html/book-gnome-user/cha-gnome-crypto.html>. - If your Desktop Environment is something else then, there will be an application available which allows you to generate keys and sign objects.
I meant a free opensource digital signage package. For example Xibo which is not free anymore.
The Xibo product seems to be a CMS with some signing capabilities – <https://xibo.org.uk/>.I have no idea as to what’s special about that product …
I know what xibo is used to work with xibo but now its a payed version wonder if the was as free digital dignage package but i guess not. They al work with a payed cloud account. Thats not what i want.
I know xibo have worked with it but nowadays its a payed version so i wonder if there is still a digital signage package for free. For more then one screen. Does not have to be cloud, onpremise is also good.
Nope – it’s advertising and, advertising was never in the “free lunch” class – <https://sourceforge.net/software/digital-signage/linux/>.
I could always use Xibo for free untill 2008
Was never a problem until they smell money
Hi
Not maintained anymore, but maybe you could do that yourself? GitHub - eerotal/LibreSignage: A free and open source digital signage solution.

You never no maybe its not that hard.
Anyhow thanks.
Hi
I suspect it’s the PHP side of things, is the equipment air-gapped, or run on an internal vlan may offer some security?
