Digikam Kipi-Plugin Facebook problem

It’s been known the bug that prevents the kipi plug-in from acquiring the album info of your facebook account, making all the photos being exported always to the same album.

I found this thread in a a KDE support forum and they have a solution, but I don’t know how to apply it. can anybody help me with this?

by the way. using KDE 4.4 on 11.3 64bit

You have to complile digikam yourself to apply this patch.

I would suggest that you upgrade to KDE 4.5 or 4.6, which should solve this
problem.

The problem is that my speakers Logitech Cinema Z do not work right with KDE4.5 or 4.6

I tried that before!

I think it’s probably easier to solve the problem with your speakers in KDE
4.6 if you have never compiled/patched a program yourself.

Updated to 4.6 and after playing with the sound and pulse audio, everything works, sound and digikam… except… there is always something. It will be a new thread!
