To show terminal output in english, prepend LANG=C to your command, e.g:
LANG=C sudo zypper dup

Don’t ommit informations. Always show the initial command and the complete terminal output.

With Slowroll you need to use sudo zypper dup (the same like Tumbleweed and as written in the wiki for Slowroll)

You seem to have a mirror problem or with your local network. But instead of hitting abort, you should use retry to finish at least this upgrade. Afterwards you can investigate if a fixed mirror is better for you or what cause the slow network.

the updating closes by itself, automatically (it asks, but it answers with an r, by itself), doesn’t need to hit a key (besides the first Y)
the network is normal, it shows good speed, or at least it seems so
the mirror fixing is through yast? i’ll look later

Slowroll is kept up-to-date by upgrading. Discover can only perform part of the process. Partial upgrades (mere updates from Discover) has you using untested configurations. You should endeavor to do as noted by Hui, sudo zypper dup, to either do a complete upgrade, or wait until you can, skipping Discover’s incomplete processing. Use Discover if you like for taking note of updates, and for locating and installing new or removing no longer needed software.
