Did system-settings move to a new menu location?

I havent used it in awhile but today i went to open it up to fix a wallpaper issue and lo and behold, the menu was gone! I finally found it under the system menu and i see that menu has a lot of items under it, looks like they settings menu (I cant even be sure it was called that) was just merged into system menu. I’m not fond of slight of hand changes. I also see a recent update broke postfix by changing the inet_interfaces to localhost and myhostname to localhost. Why do updates do that? It should jut create a mani.cf.rpmnew file and leave main.cf alone
Is anyone else seeing this?

Checking Tumbleweed, I see “system-settings” in the same place that it has always been. Compared to Plasma 5 (in Leap) the system-settings menu is now more complex.

I can’t comment of “postfix” since I mainly use “sendmail”.

Folks out here have no idea what DE you’re using, or what “system settings” really refers to.

You also introduced a SECOND issue, which should be in a separate thread.
