dhcppc2: prompt

I have portable openSUSE 11 with KDE installed on a HDD. I can login then I get a “myname”@dhcppc2: prompt. Can anybody tell me what I need to enter to continue. I use more than one computer by the way.

startx

if that fails come back and give us some more info about your system

I tried startx. Still didn’t work but at least something happened this time. First it said Unknown Host, prerelease version of x-server not supported in any way.Then:
Fatal server error
no screens found
giving up
xinit:Connection reset by peer (errno 104): unable to connect to x server
xinit: No such process (errno 3) server error

I guess this means it’s a problem in the computer, right?

I use internet cafes so it’s not my computer.
