I have installed KDE 4.2.1 packages from the “KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop” Build Service project and Desktop Theme Manager is missing from Systemsettings (Kcontrol in KDE4). How can I fix it?

Sure that it is not on the Advanced tab ?
Check in the software installer whether you installed everything needed, like kdebase4*. Make sure all lib, all base are installed.
By the way: in KDE4 it’s not kcontrol, that’s for KDE3; in KDE4 ‘systemsettings’ is used. So if you run this from a terminal…
Yes, I have a Theme Details in systemconfig but the Apply button is shadowed.
