For those with DELL 360 laptops with nvidia graphics:
I recently installed OpenSUSE 11.2 but sleep/hibernate/resume would not work. Resume was not waking up the graphics.
So, I backed up my system and then tried the the one-click nvidia driver update NVIDIA - openSUSE
It installed perfectly and now suspend/hiber/resume all working perfectly!
