After reading one of the post here about slowdowns with Broadcom cards on Dell’s laptops which I was also having slow down I diabled IPv6 under Control Center > Network Settings > Global Options > Uncheck (Enable IPv6)
This has sped up my page loading 10fold. Before I could get sites like google’s front page up quickly but any other page or search page would load very slowly. This was on several different networks. After unchecking the IPv6 option all sites on different wireless networks load up way quickier.
