Deleting folder "Other Bookmarks" from Firefox bookmarks toolbar

Beginning with FF 84.0.2 bookmarks toolbar is spoiled with folder “Other Bookmarks”.
You cannot simply delete it.

How to delete: with page

about:config

change settings to

browser.toolbars.bookmarks.showOtherBookmarks = false
browser.toolbars.bookmarks.2h2020 = false

Hmmm – with Firefox 78.6.1esr the only configuration entry for “toolbars” is –

browser.toolbars.keyboard_navigation
  • The Mozilla folks seem to be making some changes in their data structures … >:)
