So, i delete Trash bin icon from desktop :shame: and now i dont know how to make it back on desktoop

Post the question under applications, you’ll get more replies. General chit chat is for everything other than help questions.
However, it would help if you also wrote which opensuse you’re using (11.0, 11.1, 10.3…)and which desk top (KDE 3 or 4, Gnome). Using KDE 4, click on the plasma icon (right hand top corner of screen), select add miniprogramme or widget. You should see a list of widgets, one of which is the trash bin. Select it and bingo you should see a trash bin icon on your desktop.
