Debian confused VIA and Nvidia?

Hello
I have a motherboard AsRock N68-S
It has audio onboard VIA VT1708S. It works fine.

I am very surprised when I type this:

lspci -nn | grep Audio

I got this:

00:07.0 Audio device [0403]: nVidia Corporation Device [10de:03f0] (rev a1)

In PCI Vendor and Device Lists you can check that 10de:03f0 is:
NVIDIA Chip Number: MCP61
Chip Description: High Definition Audio

So, is my onboard audio Nvidia or it is VIA?
Or, it is Via and Linux thinks it is nvidia?

To learn more about your hardware and software configuration for audio, run the diagnostic script:

/usr/sbin/alsa-info.sh
