CVE-2026-6770 Check websites using indexeddb to track you

I guess btrfs users had saved ~/.mozilla/firefox/.default/storage/default//idb/ in btrfs snapshots subvolume, where some databases there, more than 3 in every orgins is very unusual, as I’v never seen a site create more than 0.

Is it a reliable idea?

The user home is not part of the default snapshot.

You are right, have to do it manually.

snapper -c home create-config /home

At least, it’s good to know who had done it, if it was google, then most of us get injured.

Oh, it’s easier in Windows with trim disabled or non-ssd, easily to see the deleted file name
