My current ‘off the beaten path’ playlist:
Adam and the Ants, Bauhaus, The Bolshoi, Crowded House, The Cult, The Dead
Kennedys, Echo & the Bunnymen, Hoodoo Gurus, Love and Rockets, Peter
Murphy, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Stabbing Westward, Stan Ridgway, The Dandy
Warhols, The Farm, and Underworld…
Ecclectic, I know.

Currently listening to “Sounds of Air Conditioning” by Building F.
On the drive into work today, I was listening to an old recording of CBS
Radio Mystery Theater from 1974.

Sounds interesting - haven’t heard of that. Just now, I’m on a ‘Ambient’
channel on shoutcast, works well. Doesn’t disturb the thoughts while I’m at
the computer, or at all in fact! Yesterday it was ‘Dynamical Dave’, I think?

The background has changed slightly to “Sound of a Maxtor OneTouch Drive
that Hasn’t Failed”. I’ve got one that has, sadly, but one that’s
perfectly fine.

Soma radio stream -->> spacestation soma. Excellent
stream…
Ah - a genuine use of irony! Well, these days (like any other day I wouldn’t
wonder) you never really can tell. Sounded like something that could be
expected to appear on the ambient channel - The Drone Zone!

A Reminiscent Drive - Life Is Beautiful
At the moment, I’m listening to my parakeet (so cute :D); but my tastes in music are … well, you won’t like them.
You might be surprised. I listen to a lot of stuff.
Currently I am listening to the AC unit for the building, located somewhere in the walls behind me. It’s loud and droning me to sleep, occasionally it is being interrupted by the staccato clicks of a co-worker’s keyboard.
Other than that, just the ringing in my ears from listening to my walkman too loud and now having permanent hearing damage.
Currently I am listening to Lacuna Coil…
i am currently listening to … customers whining about pointless stuff to my technical support teams and my work colleagues jibbering nonsense to themselves about SQL.
:\
At home though, the last album i played was metallica’s “and justice for all”
Pendulum - Propane Nightmares
and various early albums by Levellers.
