kde4-ark is completely unusable for me, since basic functions of
extracting files do not work at all. I have version 4.1.0-15.1 installed
in openSUSE 11, and I now wonder whether that’s really the current version?
The “Versions” tab in YaST2 unfortunately doesn’t tell me which
repository the currently installed version is from.
OK I enabled the latter repo and now I have a newer ark. A bit better,
still buggy…

Someone just started taking on the tasks at hand for ark. He’s still adding new features and improving old ones, but said bug fixing is going to start soon. He wants a usable ark by 4.2.
