I installed the KDE4-Live-CD based on Milestone1, had some problems easily solved (old settings etc), but ever since install and reinstall I cannot switch to the console or any other tty anymore, nor does Ctrl-Alt-Backspace work. Any ideas where I should be looking to get this capability back? Already doesn’t work in kdm-greeter and I’m out of ideas.
Am I the only one?
Føüñd out !! Quite a lot happened.
Options “DontZap” and “DontVTswitch” had to be set to “off” in xorg.conf
Then I noticed a difference in keyboard config between KDE and Xorg, made that the same and it’s ẃorking now. More details on request.

I had a similar problem, and both this one and the non-functioning
small-cap “e” turned out to be used in some weird keybinding of KDE. So
to solve this, just go to Global Keyboard Shortcuts and search for the
key combination among the different KDE components.
