Hello All,
I would like to setup my laptop so that I can use it as a mini call center. Where I can make phone calls, receive phone calls, send and receive fax.
Would anyone have insight as to what kind of software or software component I would need to create such a system.
My laptop has a fax/data modem inside. I would assume I can make use of that to meet the above requirements.
Of course, I know that I would have to provide my own microphone and headset
