Cpufreq Permission Error on boot up

Each time the computer boots I have this error:

The freqset binary in the Cpufreq modules is not owned by root…
It shows in second pop-up this command line:

sudo chown root/usr/lib64/enlightenment/modules/cpufreq/linux-gnu-x86_64-ver-0.21/freqset

Again should I always start by doing su- before running a command line or more specifically this one?

Hi
You should raise a bug report so it’s fixed…

I won’t stay on enlightenment. Will do fresh install, this time with gnome desktop that I know much better. This bug is also present in Gnome because a tried a few times Tumbleweed in the last 4-5 months. Will open a bug report then.

There is also the TorGuard app that won’t run under enlightenment, but that’s another thread.

Thanks a lot Malcom for help: A+

Hi
The command cpupower is used to set the governor?

What are you trying to do with the cpu frequency, what is your CPU?

This issue is not present in Gnome.
