CPU Frequency Scaling w/ PowerDevil

Hello,

I’ve got a problem with PowerDevil on OpenSuSE 11.1, KDE 4.1.3.
I can’t use the frequency scaling option.
Neither with an AMD Athlon64 3000+ nor an Intel Celeron.
Do I have to install additional Packages?
