couple of Problems with Dolphin in KDE4.1 OS11.1

Hi,

Using KDE 4.1 in OS11.1 (64bit)

Two things:

1.I have noticed that “Dolphin” will not save the “home folder
location” setting via “Settings>Configure Dolphin” on the file menu,
when I try to change it. Is there somewhere else I should be trying or
does it need fixing?, and if so how?

  1. “Dolphin” in SU mode does not show any files in any directory.
    Can anyone fix?

  1. If you want to change the location Dolphin should be defaulted to
    when it starts, go to Configure Desktop → About Me → change the
    location in “Documents Path”. Reboot the system.

  2. Run Dolphin with “kdesu dbus-launch dolphin”
