Iād recommend running the native version rather than using WINE - WINE is
generally good for some apps, but if thereās a native version, the native
version is what you should use.
I donāt have the game myself; the point of my post was to suggest that
saying āI get an errorā is not helpful if someoneās going to try to help
you. Specifying what the error is will be more likely to get you help.
But again, if thereās a native Linux version, use that rather than trying
to use a Windows version with WINE. The native version is likely to be
far more stable and usable.
I would also suggest the native version. Iām not sure how can you run WINE on an NTFS volume, on my computer, everything crashed when I tried to run them from Linux, while the games were on an NTFS volume. I think WINE does create itās own emulated FS? It certainly creates a C : \ drive.
CSS runs badly under WINE emulators anyway. If you donāt want framerate drops, use native.
