Nice to see all the psychology that has been around for years - but which most ‘business leaders’ ignore - brought together and used to give a practical explanation of what really succeeds and why it does.

My favorite is the MBA’s that plague our workplaces that have these great idea’s not in line with the tools and experience of the business. Such fellows get renamed MBS or Master of BS
