You could turn the firewall off temporarily and configure that after you’ve got the network up. Here’s some background for setting the other parameters:
Samba and Suse: HowTo Set up an openSUSE-Windows Home Office LAN/Network. Versions 10, 11

Edit: PS I see this is your first post – WELCOME here – enjoy Suse!

oh…yah…any one thing,I want to say about network setting in tab
Hostname/DNS where you suggested to enter workgroup name. I have a LAN
workgroup name bina mandiri, you can see it’s use space between two
phrase. I tried enter this workgroup name but Suse can’t accepted space
in domain name box.
I have a question about it. Is absolutely domain name box entry by
workgroup name?

You can enter the workgroup name directly into the Samba configuration file (/etc/samba/smb.conf). Use a text editor in superuser mode. This console command will open it for you if KDE:

kdesu kwrite /etc/samba/smb.conf

and this for Gnome

gnomesu gedit /etc/samba/smb.conf
