I reinstalled the system, and everything works now.
Thanks a lot for your time and effort. At least, next
time I will not blindly remove nvidia driver when
same things happen again.

Sorry that we couldn’t find the reason for the problem in time.
But it was likely some (local) GNOME installation problem then.
