I just reinstalled Tumbleweed on my Laptop. Since I suspect that I didn’t use the appropriate repos for Tumbleweed (which in turn has probably broekn my system) I wanted to know if the repos coming with the latest Live DVD snapshot (I think those are factory ones) are correct and will also be the official ones after Factory and Tumbleweed merge is complete.

If you still have the …/factory repos, that’s ok as well (they are the same). But at some time next year (April?) those will be removed.
Till then it doesn’t really matter which ones you use.
To change to tumbleweed if you still have factory, open YaST->Software Repositories, and change “factory” to “tumbleweed” in each repo’s URL, or edit the text files in /etc/zypp/repos.d/ directly (maybe even automatically with sed or similar… ).
and will also be the official ones after Factory and Tumbleweed merge is complete.
The merge is complete since months already.
If you mean after the old factory repos are removed, then see above…

Should be, if you use their Tumbleweed flavour.
But I see no point in using the Wine repo, you’ll get the latest wine from there via Tumbleweed anyway (just a few days later maybe, until the automatic tests have been run/succeeded and review is passed).
The same is true for Science in parts, but it depends on which packages you want/need from there. I think not all are part of the distribution.

No, probably not. By then you should switch to the Tumbleweed repos. At present it doesn’t matter - you get the same repos under two different sets of names.
I presume that a fresh install will eventually give the Tumbleweed repos. But I guess the transition is still a work in progress.
Ok, so these are in fact the factory repos.
As I wrote, it doesn’t matter at the moment as factory and tumbleweed is exactly the same. But eventually you’d have to change them to those: (changes are highlighted in red)
Not doing that will not break your system though, but you’d not be getting any updates any more when factory is removed, and you’d actually not be able to install any packages from the standard repos any more (and YaST/zypper will complain about unreachable repos each time you use them… ).
