Afternoon,
I am attempting to move some MS XP Pro vms from vmware ws for Linux to Virtual Box on the same Linux platform (Opensuse 11.0). I have followed the directions on a few of the more detailed postings in the virtual box forum and searching, but no go so far. The backing up from a .vmdk to an image file (.bin) and converting from .bin to .vdi all seem to go without a hitch.
But still cannot open tham under virtual box. Either get a blank black screen or when selecting safe mode, gets hung at the “mup.sys” line…
So, I was wondering if anyone here has had any success with it…
