Has anyone managed to install ConvertAll in Tumbleweed? It is a very useful unit converter, from almost anything metric or SAE, or whatever, to anything else that’s in the same type, i.e., you can vert ounces to liters, or to quarts,
or to milligrams, etc. It requires Python, ver. 3.4 or higher–which it looks like I have, Qt, which I don’t have. Instructions for getting and installing Qt run as follows:
wget http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.7/5.7.0/qt_opensource-linux-x64-5.7.0.run

As you can see, that fails.
It also requires PyQt, which I’m not sure of–I think I have PythonQt, which might or might not be the same thing.
