Contextual help not visible in LibreOffice (font color grey, backgroud color grey)

After upgrade I cant see contextual help in LibreOffice, it seems to be using the same color for font that for background color, like this

I have tried to change colors ins system settings, but no one seems to change that issue

Where can I change that?

I found the solution.
The problem is Tooltip text, as is described here
