Connecting a WD My Cloud

Hi there,

I am a pretty illiterate user of Opensuse, which I really enjoy although I do struggle with fiddling with anything that is not intuitive.

I have bought a WD My Cloud and have thought that connecting it to my computer would be straightforward which has proven not to be the case.

Would someone be kind and provide some guidance on a straightforward way of setting up the connection, there is no need for a comprehensive explanation of all possible ways, I guess a simple guidance would be valuable for a number of people like me.

What version of openSUSE are you using? DE (gnome/KDE)?
How have you connect it (by a router/hub(network))?

Can you connect to it in a www-browser at all?
