Computer doesn't turn off after upgrade from 13.1 to tumbleweed

I followed the instructions to upgrade from 13.1 to tumbleweed

When I try to turn off the computer, it stays on.
I tried sudo shutdown -h now and the screen turns off but the hard disk seems to work.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

Does poweroff command work?

It doesn’t work either.

For a strange reason, doing
su

shutdown -h now

it turned off in the morning (both screen and hard disk), the hard disk stayed on in the afternoon.
