When I have desktop effects enabled and I open Install software or mostly anything under yAST, the screen will open off the desktop with only the bottom of the windows showing from the top of the screen. Then if I dont alt+click it, it will completely dissappear!
ooh, nvm it is changeable under “place window” in compiz!
