Compiling mpich-3.2.1 with parallel_studio_xe_2018.3.051 on OpenSuse 15.4

Dear all
I am trying to compile mpich-3.2.1 with parallel studio 2018.3.051 under Opensuse 15.4 but when I perform the make command I get this error:

Does anyone have any hint how to solve the problem?
